We have been purchasing alternatives to these major names for some time, and decided to offer these products for resale as well. All of our products have a proven install base, and our team have a wealth of experience in using them. None of our products infringe any patents or trademarks, though they may look similar to some well known brands in the industry, and this includes in many cases the spares and components being interchangeable with your existing product. Where necessary all of our products carry the ATEX certification, and carry a one year guarantee. The price may be lower than you are used to because we have cut out a few un-needed services. We will support your purchase through normal internet methods, i.e. we will communicate through email initially, then through telephone if required. In the unlikely event that a fault develops we will attempt to assist you in resolving the issue, including providing replacements parts if required. However if the fault cannot be resolved, then we will pick up the unit from your address (or another location by agreement) and repair or replace the unit. If the unit is within the one year warranty period, all of this will be free of charge.
